This fix removes the slack in the couplers, which corrects the jerky behavior when accelerating and braking due to the mix of powered and unpowered cars in the E233 series EMU formations.

This pack *may* be updated further to correct motor sound behavior and physics settings in the future; no timeline present for this work to be done.

To install, simply drop the "Railvehicles" folder into the following directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\UnionWorkshop\TokyoCommuter"
