TRS P42DC EP FanRailer Patch

This is an interim physics patch for the TRS GE P42DC pack. It upgrades the horsepower / tractive effort curve at the higher-speed range to allow the locomotive to achieve its rated 110 mph, and adjusts dynamic brake performance and fan sound. To install, place both file folders here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets" (or wherever you have your railworks asset directory located).
