This package:

• Corrects the physics performance of the locomotive.

• Adjusts function of water glass; displays 90% to 70% boiler water level. Crown Sheet approximately 65% boiler level.

• Adds new manual bell and whistle sounds.

• Adds auxiliary tender.

This pack also adds two sets of "boosted" physics; one at 275 psi boiler pressure and the other at 300 psi boiler pressure. Corresponding tractive effort and peak horsepower as follows:

• 260 psi = 69,800 lbs TE; 4500 drawbar HP @ 50 mph.

• 275 psi = 73,800 lbs TE; 4700 drawbar HP @ 50 mph.

• 300 psi = 80,500 lbs TE; 5200 drawbar HP @ 50 mph.

Futhermore, additional physics sets are added to simulate the presence of a trailing truck booster (never applied to the real life E-1).

Functions as semi-automatic cutout; booster active between 75% and 60% cutoff on power reverse gear. Maximum suggested usage speed is 21 mph. Do not cut in above 10 mph. Corresponding booster tractive effort (add to the above number for total TE):

• 260 psi = 13,200 lbs TE.

• 275 psi = 14,000 lbs TE.

• 300 psi = 15,000 lbs TE.
